This form is intended to be used only by students meeting criteria for reenrollment at AIC. Please review the below criteria carefully. If you do not meet criteria for reenrollment, please exit this form and complete the application for the appropriate degree level/program.

Reenrollment
Reenrollment at AIC is available to former undergraduate and graduate students who have been away from study at AIC for less than 4 consecutive terms (not including summer) and meet one or more of the following criteria:

Did not return from approved Leave of Absence at the expected term
Did not return per the Excused Withdrawal Policy at the expected term
Withdrew from the College while in good academic standing

Former students who meet the above criteria and wish to pursue reenrollment should complete the form below.

If the applicant is approved, the catalog year for the declared major will be retained for the initial term of admission, unless the student chooses otherwise. Additionally, students will be required to meet with an advisor and outline a plan for academic success for their degree program.

Students who left under poor academic standing need approval from the Dean prior to consideration. Poor academic standing is defined as a status of Academic Warning or Academic Probation. Students wishing to return after academic dismissal should consult the policy on readmission to AIC.

Graduate students who have completed and graduated from an approved AIC Education Program wanting to come back to get their initial license, or second initial license, will follow the reenrollment process.

Readmission
Readmission to AIC is available to former students who have been away from study at AIC for 4 or more consecutive terms (not including summer). Former students who meet the criteria above and wish to pursue readmission should NOT complete this form. Note: If you are changing to another school/department within American International College or have not enrolled for a considerable length of time, you may be contacted by the new school for an interview or information session to verify your qualifications, to ensure your understanding of the requirements and to discuss the upcoming registration requirements. Once approved, you will be notified when you are able to register. Approval to return will not be considered until financial, academic and/or medical holds have been cleared; holds must be cleared by the application deadline.
