How do I register for classes at AIC?
- First-Year Students: Your first-semester schedule is created by your assigned Student Success Advisor (SSA). Students do not need to register for classes themselves.
- Transfer Students: Your first-semester schedule is created by your assigned Student Success Advisor (SSA) based on your program plan and transfer credit evaluation. Students do not need to register for classes themselves.
When will I receive my schedule?
Scheduling will begin on June 1st for the Fall semester and are given to students who attend Summer Summit Day.
If you cannot attend Summer Summit Day, Yellow Jackets can also review their schedule online once it’s created by:
- Logging in at https://aicportal.jenzabarcloud.com/ICS with your AIC email address and password
- Click “Registration”
- Click “My Schedule”
Can I make changes to my schedule?
- Absolutely! You will have time before the semester begins to speak with your student success advisor and make any necessary changes.
- To ensure you are fulfilling class requirements for your program, please do not attempt to make changes without your student success advisor.
